At Marv & Ben you get Nordic gastronomy, where everything is prepared from scratch with a sincere curiosity for new flavors and textures.

The food is made from the best local ingredients with as much ecology as possible and a deep respect for nature. The fish on the menu is caught close to the coast and all the meat is from small local producers. It is important to us that you remember your meal at Marv & Ben as present and pleasant.

 

All menus can be made pescatarian and vegetarian.

Our 4 course menu can also be made vegan with 48 hours notice.

Wine

 

We have put together the wine list from an inspiring mix of biodynamic, organic and conventional wines as well as natural wines. The wines are from France, Italy, the USA and Germany. If you are the curious type, we would like to try to push your limits and introduce you to wines you have never tasted before. Or we find something you already know and love. All the wines are carefully selected so that they match the food we serve, but above all, they are wines we personally love the most.

Wine by the glass

We open all wines from our selection priced below DKK 1.000 when ordering a minimum of two glasses. The price per glass is 1/5 of the price of the bottle. Please ask your waiter for suggestions.
